I get free text messages as part of my Orange contract, if I text a 5 digit number eg 89076 which states 'cost standard rate' (No extra charges)
would this be included in my free Txts??

When they say 'standard rate' it means it is not Premium Rate. ie) it will charge you the standard 'out-of-bundle' cost for an SMS for your network. Generally 10p (or £0.085 as will show on the bill - ex-vat).
The only 'standard-rate' SMS which will be inclusive will be SMS sent to an 079/077/078 UK mobile number
