Good Morning
I’ve read the NEWBIES post and couldn’t locate a thread that fit my question.
I have received a letter from zenith collections pertaining to an alleged parking fine.
I have not received any other correspondence prior to this letter.
I have contacted Zenith by email asking for justification of there communication who are being less than helpful and more automated in responses.
They are planning to provide me with a copy of the alleged PCN with the next 14 days.
Any ideas on what I should do next?

The newbies FAQ does say from the outset don't worry about your individual circs!
#4 in the FAQ advises what to do with debt collectors!
Stop contacting them! Ignore them
If you get a lbcca or court correspondence then don't ignore those!0 -
