I have a Cap 1 card with a lightening storm on it, and an Amex blue, which is a funky blue-tinted transparent card. Both get comments from cashiers. I've stoozed on my Barclaycard, so won't be using it out and about, so who cares how cool it looks?!0

I insist that I get my premier VIP executive white gold effect platinum holographic card, that donates money to children in the north pole, out each time I go shopping. I also drop my Rolls Royce keyring on the floor - so often that the key to my daewoo matiz is rather battered.I'm going for my QuidCo £million!

Love it SwissLe - if ya got it, flaunt it - even if it is phony!0

Must admit, the colour of the card never really bothered me at all. However, I have noticed on a number of occasions that when I am out with friends and the time comes to pay for the bill, it certainly raises a few eyebrows when you slap your platinum plastic down on the table. Don't understand it myself - more fool them!
On another note, isn't the next colour up from platinum black? For very high rollers?0 -

Supposedly, but I have a black card and I wouldn't class myself as a 'very high roller' !Savings - £18,500 @ 5.22% Average0 -
