looked at the ICO site and their advice is to initially raise a concern that they haven't fulfilled the SAR request before raising it with the ICO0

So finally got a response from Shield Security services with a summary letter basically stating that now its in the hands of the debt collector they cannot accept appeals.
Their photos do show the scooter in a parking bay, not obstructing anything or causing a disruption.
The paperwork supplied implies there was a 30 min time frame between it initially being observed to the time the ticket was issued.
What now? Should i contact DRP or Gladstone's0 -

Hi
I'm new to this so please be patient
In April 2016 I received a PCN from UK Parking Patrol for £60 I hadn't actually entered the car park just done a U Turn and left after dropping someone off,
They were signs up saying U Turns were illegal but I only saw it when I was leaving.
I just ignored the letters and even when they passed it onto a debt collection agency,
I presumed they had given up but today 2.5 years after the event I have had a letter from BW Legal asking me for £160 should I continue to ignore the letters or ring them admitting I was at fault?0 -
Armitch, when you posted about this almost a year ago, did you bother to read the response you got?
Here it is again:Loadsofchildren123 wrote: »Please start your own thread!!!!!0 -

Each post has a number in the top r/h corner of the box in which the post is made. Your query on this is post #18, my reply with this post is post #19. Got it?Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Ah ok now i understand,
Their last letter i referred to, did include the detail collected on the scooter, pictures, dvla request, and their processing status form with the covering letter stating that they believe they have answered the SAR request with the foot note stating now that its with the Debt collector they cannot take any further instruction / appeal from me.
Their whole point of issuing the ticket is that whilst the scooter was parked in the bay correctly, the bay wasn't allocated for scooters, that said there is no signage to state scooters couldn't park there only that Scooters / motorcycles had to park in the designated area. Their Photos support the issue time of the ticket quoted in the processing status form, but nothing to support the "first observation" time which they indicate was 17 minutes earlier.0
