Holiday Autos/Europcar Issue help please

I have a screenshot from my phone records showing multiple attempts to call Europcar telephone numbers on the morning we were delayed prior to the collection time. We've heard back form Holiday Autos this afternoon asking for more info - all of which was already provided via the Resolver complaint - so have done that, but it's helpful to know if there is any other approach and our rights should they be difficult!

I flew back from Tenerife last month and the flight was delayed - you could tell they were pulling out all the stops to make sure it didn't go over 3 hours.
This included being called to the gate, going through boarding and passport, before the incoming plane had even landed. Waited for it to land, then we were ushered on up the back stairs as the incoming passengers were leaving down the front stairs! Never seen anything like it.
In the end, we were 2 hours 57 minutes late . This included a flight time back of 3 hours 35 minutes (when it was scheduled to be 4 hours 40 minutes - he must have put his foot down).
