Triple claim Stobart Air?

First fight denial.
Stobart Air then booked us onto another flight later that day which was then cancelled.
Booked on another flight 24 hours later but was 4 hours late departing.
Can I claim for all 3 ie denial, cancellation and delay?
Also the delayed flight landed at midnight in Lyon. Couldn't pickup up our hire car so booked into airport hotel. Can I claim cost of the hotel.
Stobart Air are refusing the delayed flight claim and the hotel cost.
Also is it valid to claim for 2 days lost holiday of a 8 day holiday?

You can claim for all three and if I understand you correctly, the airline has agreed to compensate for the denied boarding and the cancellation. Whether you're entitled to compensation for the delay depends on the reason for the delay.
The hotel and the lost holiday days is a matter for your travel insurance.0 -
The delayed flight has to be more than 3 hours late Arriving it doesn't matter how long it was delayed taking off.0
-
thank you. the delay was due to late arrival of incoming aircraft.0

Stobart Air state 'unfortunately EU compensation does not roll forward to the next day when you incurred a delay to BE6102 on 28th July as this payment can only be received once for a cancelled or delayed flight'.
But these are 3 separate flights.
1. BE6100 27 July denied boarding.
2. BE6102 27 July cancelled.
3. BE6102 28 July delayed by 4 hours.
Is Stobart Air correct?0 -

As said above. These are 3 separate flights.
At least 2 compensation claims per person, 3 depending on the reason for the delay of the third flight. If you're new. read The FAQ and Vauban's Guide

Thanks. Stobar Air still refusing compensation for the delayed flight. The delay was due to late arrival of incoming aircraft. I think Stobart Air have no slack if things go wrong.
Any advice on how to take this further, should I go through small claims court?0 -
If not already done so, you need to download Vuaban's invaluable guide.
See if Stobart are signed up to an ADR (check CAA website). If you're new. read The FAQ and Vauban's Guide

You're quite right, Stobart Air are in a real mess at the moment.
Usually when you issue a LBA/NBA the claim gets passed on up the chain to a paralegal who takes it more seriously.
Late arrival of incoming aircraft usually means 'for operational reasons' in which case compensation should be due.
Perseverance is you best ally, stick with it and you will get there.
Good luck. Please read Vaubans superb guide. To find it Google and then download 'vaubans guide'.0
