Nail polish not as described

Have you contacted the company at all? If I were you I would start by asking them how they got the effect shown in the photos, and how you can replicate it with their polish. Start off by assuming good faith, maybe there's a special technique? If you can't replicate the look with their advice, tell them you're returning it for a refund as the product isn't as described. It's not worth going to court for £11, but you may get better results if you take your complaint to social media.
I just spent 10 minutes staring at sparkly "unicorn pee" nail polish and I'm still not getting it. Is it a two-tone fine glitter? Because you should have a look at some of the metal rush shades from Rimmel, or BarryM's Molten metal and under the sea ranges. There's a few NailsInc shades that have a similar effect but I can't remember the names of them now.Well informed on the subjects of sofas and wood furniture, and well opinionated on everything else :rotfl:0 -
If you paid by Paypal can you start a not as described claim? Nail varnish might come under cosmetics so it's possible it could be excluded from normal returns rights, but they might just refund anyway.0

Can you post photos? I'm interested to see how this looks...0

I'm no use to you for the retirning of your polish but definitely look up oh my glitter on Facebook. The woman who owns it, Robin is a magician with colours!0

""risk of loss and title for such goods pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.""
That would stop me from buying from any firm.I'd rather be an Optimist and be proved wrong than a Pessimist and be proved right.0
