    Yes anybody - but there has to be "reasonable cause". Potential legal action falls into that category.

    Evening all, its been 5 weeks when we sent a recorded letter to Flash Park and as of yet have had no reply but on Thursday 18th we received another letter from CCS Collect stating that the balance still remains outstanding. They have a number of ways to help us pay and they may even reduce the balance to help us settle up.

    I have only briefly read the above links, sorry, but was thinking of sending the template of to Flash Park, what do you reckon? As for CCS Collect i will ignore them as previously read within the forum. Look forward to your reply? Many thanks again.

    Recorded letter or any signed for service will just get refused and they have proof of non-delivery.
