Click & Collect questions

I have never used click & Collect (as a private seller) and have a few questions.
I am opted out on site preferences. Can I opt in for individual items or do I have to opt in for all sales?

I have only ever used RM and Hermes for shipping and have done my own labels (not through ebay) Do I have the same postage options with ebay click and collect and can i post the same way for example Hermes drop off shop?

Lastly, if an item was to go missing etc would I make the claim as normal through the shipping company?

1. I think it's all or nothing nowadays. There used to be a tick box on listings at one time, where you could choose individually but that seems to have disappeared.

2. You can post by any method as long as all the Argos details are on the label (Ref Number etc).

3. You just treat it as a normal piece of post so you would claim like normal....unless Argos lose it. Not sure what you do then, presumably claim through Ebay.

There have been some problems reported by people using Argos. You might want to look at this thread for example before going ahead.
