I did read it it, but by all accounts this is a gaming chair that can be used in an office environment rather than an out and out office chair. I don't think anyone buying it would be confused as to what it's intended use would be.

The manufacturer intended it to be a gaming & office chair - so thats what its intended use is (regardless of how well or poorly it performs that function).

My son has this chair in his room, its used for both gaming and work chair. He is 6' 1" and has no problem on it comfort wise.
