pmduk, so much effort for what?

Ok, here we go - virginmedia.com/content/dam/virginmedia/dotcom/images/shop/PAYM-AND-PAYM-SIMO-Ts-and-Cs-2018.pdf (Terms and Conditions – Pay Monthly and Pay Monthly SIM Only Contracts)

I cannot see anything about requesting a PAC at all, can you?
It's very vague in general, comparing to others (like Plusnet where it is very detailed)

That's for the person who had made a statement I replied to.
And no, I didn't get anything from Virgin Mobile by email at all, just checked. They have T&Cs on their website, The Legal Stuff section.
There is nothing about PAC codes in there though as far as I can see.

Sounds like they simply migrated the OP onto PAYG rather than simply terminating his/her number at the end of the notice period.

Get a PAC and move onto to another provider.

That's not quite correct. The moved me to PAYG almost 2 months later.

I still don't understand how without getting clear "I want to cancel my contract" or letting me know about it they silently cancelled it. Absolutely diabolical company. I've already changed provider.
