  • Morning ((((((((((hugs)))))))))) if you need one.

Very concerned about the TA's, we have not heard from Mrs TA for a few days now.

Dull morning here, I am going to try and get OH round to the little chapel for coffee. He has walked further than that so hopefully all will be well. I have to take him into melton this afternoon to the dentist to see about his tooth........There are double yellow lines outside the dentist, but they will have to put up with me parking there long enough to get him in. He will phone me when he is ready to be collected.

We had words yesterday.......I was not a happy bunny.....he expects me to drop everything and look for what ever it is he cannot see which is right in front of him. Had a job not to let the red mist descend!!

Salmon and salad tonight for supper........will have to sort out something for dessert, I finished the crumble at lunchtime yesterday and we had banana last night.
  • Good morning all

Thank you for starting us off Holly, pleased you enjoyed the catch up with your friend

    TA hope you are ok

Cold and raining here, had planned to go shopping but it can wait another day. Will make a loaf in the bm, nothing much planned.

Hope you all have a good day
If you walk at night no-one will see you cry.

Morning all, nice sunny day here after yesterdays grey drizzle.I did take DGS on the park mid afternoon,it was very quiet, just a few grandparents with little 'uns, but we enjoyed ourselves. The cafe was open so we had an ice cream each, bubblegum flavour for him and honeycomb crunch for me :D Looked like one of his favourite climbing rope thingies had been vandalised,it was all fenced off and looked as though someone had been hacking at the rope,it was all mangled, though fine on Saturday  I have to pick him up from school, his 1st day in Reception.DS will pick up DGD,she's now in Yr 2 (different schools) Doesn't seem 2 minutes since they were being pushed round in the pram...

Had a message from DB last night ,his DGS has been invited back for a 'trial' after a training day at a big football club not too far away - he's 6 ! What happened to playing in a team with their friends for enjoyment ? Not to mention what happens if they aren't chosen later on.
I think we'll have burgers later for speed as Ly1a has a check up at the vets to make sure her ear infection has finally cleared. She seems fine to me,but he seems to like keeping an eye on her ;)
Better go and do something useful, our bedroom is full of ironing piles I haven't had chance to do whilst DGCsitting over the last week.
Hope everyone is ok,and the TAs too. xxx
