Announced today. In case anyone didn't know:
https://www.santander.co.uk/uk/base-rate-change
Help to Buy ISA (Issue 1): Was 4% now 4.25%
Help to Buy ISA 123 (Issue 1): Was 4% now 4.25%
(Both closed to new applicants)
Help to Buy ISA (Issue 2): Was 2% now 2.25%
Help to Buy ISA 123 (Issue 2): Was 2.50% now 2.75%
(Both closed to new applicants)
Help to Buy ISA (Issue 3): Was 1.5% now 1.75%
Help to Buy ISA 123 (Issue 3): Was 2% now 2.25%
(Both open to new applicants)
I still have Issue 1 so I'm very happy about the rise. It's the only Help to Buy by any provider which still pays out this much. I believe Halifax 4% originally, but they've since lowered it for existing customers.

My partner was a few days off getting the issue 1 (gutting) but happy they aren't slashing it like they did my Halifax ISA - going to switch it to Nationwide once the rate goes up this month.0
