That is their modus operandi, read what @Coupon-mad stated above and read a few of the threads and what the regulars say in response.  It's nothing to worry about - which is exactly what they want.

But this is the same tedious template seen in every BW Legal case...why were you not expecting this trash?

Now why would BWLegal offer such a discount ?  Could it be they don't want to go court, could it be they realise (the penny has dropped) they will be spanked in court AGAIN..

What's the difference between £185 and if you lost about £200 with the judge knocking off the BWLegal fake add-on ?   If they are stupid enough to go to court they risk a spanking which depends on the judge and even BWL don't have a clue what will happen.

You can claim costs and by the time they pay a "rent by the hour" oddball legal who are normally clueless, WOW, this now depends on the intelligence of BWLegal and their so called reputation 
Of course in the end it will be the parking company that suffers
