ID mobile plan change

Has anyone had a problem with ID mobile plan changes? They are claiming I changed plan to a much more expensive one via the mobile app, which I didn’t, just downloaded the app and changed password. However, they are refusing to reinstate the original plan. I checked with them that it wasn’t as easy as clicking on the wrong button by accident (it isn’t, there are 3 or 4 process steps to go through) and they said I would have received email and text confirmation of the change, which I didn’t. I’m not sure what to do to resolve it.

They are beyond a joke and your issue seems to be common along with constant over billing. Also have you over a barrel as are credit contract that disputes need to be challenged as they can possibly affect your credit rating for none payment. Seem cheap on paper, but not worth it. Consider switching to a provider with no monthly contract - just monthly prepaid package. No billing mistakes or these type of problems and many similar deals now.
Depending on your package size needs and reception, I have used the following that are all good no contract:
Smarty - https://www.smarty.co.uk - on 3 network
CTRL Mobile - https://www.ctrlmobile.co.uk - on 3 network
Asda Mobile - https://mobile.asda.com - on EE'Wall Street is the only place that people ride to in a Rolls Royce to get advice from those who take the subway'

This is worrying - but I haven't had an issue with ID and have been with them for about a year
( My husband hardly uses his phone so I signed him up to ID mobile for £5 per month - he still has most of his allowances left at the end of the month.)0 -

I got my son an ID sim (£4 per month initially) a few years back, and have upgraded the plan a couple of times to get more data.
The one time I did have a problem, I went into a Carphone Warehouse store to sort it out, after all ID is Carphone Warehouse.0
