If these are all about essentially the same facts, reply telling them to amalgamate the charges into one single claim, mentioning res judicata (search the forum, a reply just like that has been discussed very recently I am sure).

Agreed beamerguy, I have seen a few other recent forums popping up with letter of claim from BWLegal from Manchester car parks so i would imagine they are trying to make a statement with all of the claim letters.

Can anyone help with a recommendation for the other two letter of claims I have, is it better to leave it until the last minute like i did last time or respond early so speaking with BW Legal before the claim form?

You always reply to a LBC, they are all individual

The problem BWLegal have is that their claims are just
a copy and paste of other claims, they have no other news
to introduce and they employ "hired gun legals" who most
of the time don't have a clue.

This is why the courts whoop BWL claims and they will continue
to whoop them and now NCP ... HA, very silly NCP

Thanks Coupon-mad - I have responded to the letter of claims with an amended version of my first response and asking for them to be amalgamated. I will concentrate on the claim form defence while waiting to hear back from BW Legal.

Are these the signs you missed three times?

To be fair, you would not see those signs if approaching from under the bridge/turning left into it instead of right, and there appears to be a pitch black 'NCP car park' entrance under the Bridge too:

  • That is indeed the car park. I am heading down there myself tomorrow to get more detailed photos as I've been told from someone at work that they have been installing new signs all around the car park! Not sure when those images were taken but I'd need to try get pictures from the time of the incident if they have seriously upgraded the signage and lighting.

It's a barren piece of land that was supposed to be a new skyscraper but the developers have pulled out so NCP have stuck a car park there.

The one under the bridge is an RCP car park that turns into the warehouse project (nightclub) at night under picadilly station. If there's any land free someone makes few quid putting a temporary car park on it.

If they have changed the signs so recently, then that clearly tells you that they were inadequate before.

But that can be conformed from this view:
Have they pruned that tree yet?

The date on those StreetView images is September 2017.
  • Good spot, I'll have look at that tree as well!

The first PCN was In December 2017 and the two more recent were March and April 2018. The lighting in that car park regardless of signs is terrible especially in December when it's dark when first get to work.

I'll post some updated pictures on after my visit to see your thoughts, I've looked at Street view myself and you can clearly see past the front sign there is next to nothing in the carpark itself. I'd imagine they improved the signage when they put in the cameras, unfortunately I have no idea when that was.

Make sure your photos are taken in the same sort of light as it was on arrival.

    Hi all,

Unfortunately i am not allowed to post the link directly - I have uploaded them onto the link below which would need copying into the search bar without the spacing.

    https ://postimg.cc/gallery/1yxodakhk/

The car park is mostly the same as seen on google maps although it appears the new entrance sign is slightly larger and few more smaller signs have been installed every 4th bay down the centre.

Thanks in advance for taking a look and any feedback on the car park
