Unknown CCJ

Hi,
I was just browsing through my emails and saw a message saying my credit score had massively dropped. I loaded my report and it is saying I have a CCJ against me on the 13th August this year, at an address that I moved out of 21 months ago.
I have no idea what this is about. I loaded the government website which told me I could search on Trust Online for details. I paid the fee and did the search, and it is showing this CCJ but gives me no details apart from COUNTY COURT BUSINESS CENTRE as the court name and the amount of £357. I have no idea what this is for, as apart from 2 credit cards which I have only got recently and at my current address I have no debt outstanding. The only other thing mentioned is a status field which has Unsatisfied Judgment listed against it.
How can I go about sorting this out as I'm sure it is some kind of mistake.
Thanks

You are going to hear this from someone, so I will include it now: Your credit score should not be acknowledged, as it is not passed to lenders and is not an accurate reflection of creditworthiness.
That important part aside, the first thing would be to ask the new residents of that particular address whether correspondence has arrived in the post from either the company in question or the court. This would help understand what it is about and who is behind it.
If this fails or still cannot understand the CCJ, contact Trust Online:
020 7380 0133 info@trustonline.org.uk
Trust Online
153-157 Cleveland Street
London
W1T 6QW
Trust Online will be able to check the details with the court, which will reveal more about it. It would be highly unusual to receive a CCJ in error, unless someone has managed to take out credit without your knowledge or consent and has failed to meet the repayments on it.
If it turns out that the CCJ is in error or a result of fraudulent credit, advice will be provided by them on what to do next. If it does turn out to be an accurate CCJ and one you are responsible for, if you pay the full amount within a month (13th September) you can get the judgment removed from the register. If you pay after a month, you can get the record of the judgment marked as ‘satisfied’ in the register. It will stay on the register for 6 years but people searching it will see that you’ve paid.Advice provided from this account does not consist of any professional knowledge. That size of debt sounds like a non paid parking ticket or similar.0

Contact the court directly and ask0

On Monday contact the county court business centre by phone
https://www.gov.uk/courts-tribunals/northampton-county-court-business-centre
The listing on your report will give the claim/case number you need to give the court. For DPA you will need to give the address it was registered at not your current one. Then you can asked who requested the CCJ, so you can find out who you need to either pay or dispute it with.0 -

Northampton business center is the place to contact, although they tend not to answer the phone very often, but you can try, if that fails, we recommend you email them instead, they usually respond with the creditors details etc.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Debt free wannabe, Credit file and ratings, and Bankruptcy and living with it boards. Are you sure you changed your address with your water company? They are fond of getting CCJ's.0

Good advice above, and sensible speculation about what it might be
The email address is ccbc@justice.gov.uk
Ask them to send you the particulars of claim0 -
Unknown CCJs from Northampton CCBC against old addresses often crop-up in the parking tickets subforum as a result of default judgements for private parking companies.
Are your vehicle V5 details up to date after your move..?
It might be worth having a read of the info there on set aside, and preparing a proper defence, just in case it turns out to be parking-related.0 -
