The valuation came back as petrol station next door etc so they are aware of this and passed the valuation. Is natwest who we are with and going to be with for new property.

They passed the valuation on the asking price and are aware how close it is next to petrol station etc, I think if the house had not been in a nicer area they would not have okay the full amount. We are due to sign contracts on Tuesday, I suppose it could have been worse the mining report could have come back saying we where moving over a mineshaft or something. Mining report is all okay no issues.

Just an update bank is fine with environmental risk no further searches required. But we are still waiting to exchange contracts, searches all done just outstanding quries which seem to be taking an age to be answered. So much it is causing a lot of stress.
