British Airways launches flight sale - is it any good?

British Airways has launched a worldwide sale on flights and holidays until 25 September, including £317 return flights to New York and £512 returns to Cape Town. But you can never assume a sale price means it's the best deal – so we've checked out some of its headline prices to see if they're any good.

    They also often don't show live prices and some of the dodgier ones will hit customers with hidden fees. Not to mention the problems people report when they try to make changes to their tickets. It probably would have been a good idea to highlight this is in the article.
