  • I have asked in my email that they co firm this has been done. They are clearly going to ignore and go for an easy win.

How do you work that one out?

The reason PE use Equita is likely to be because whoever has contracted them to manage their parking has denied them the right to sue through the courts. Their only chance of dosh in these cases is via harassment, courtesy of a debt collector.

I have emailed parking eye on the enforxement @ ... address. I have had no response
Is that a typo when posting or did you actually try to send it to that address, if so, that could be why you have had no response.
  • Sorry. That is a typo. Using my mobile
  • Maybe... but if PE know that I won't ever receive a court summons they may go for it akd i'll end up with a ccj

    So what do you propose?

On whose car park did the parking event take place?

there wont be any "summons" issued for this as its not a criminal matter

if PE wish to issue a court case they will do so via MCOL (google it)

so whatever happens you need to ensure they have an up to date address for service of papers , this is one of the main reasons why you would contact them
  • They have been made aware of the new address but have not confirmed they are aware. I asked them also to update equita which hasn't happened as they use the old address still.
  • I don't propose anything. If they are ignoring my change of address there is nothing I can do other than keep the email I sent proving when I sent it.
I'm not sure who owns the car park it is in Southampton but there are a few businesses occupying it

Is it part of/in close proximity to the dock/harbour areas?
