Half of these companies are useless, makes no difference to me. All I care about is the defined unit rate and standing charge.

Slow to answer the phone? I don't care because I never speak with these companies on the phone.

Slow to answer emails? I don't care, the energy still gets piped through to my house and there are remedies available if they start misbehaving with my bank account.

Slow to issue bills? A panacea, this is the perfect position to be in because energy used more than 12 months ago and not billed is free.

Same here......2 yrs cheap electric with Iresa......my last few gas/electric companies have all been small Iresa,Zog,Daligas and Ovo who were all the cheapest at the time and who i had no problems with at all
