We have few Council PCN experts here. Pepipoo have loads.

We specialise in private parking tickets.

Having said that, if the Council got the VRN wrong on the ticket, it will be cancelled.

ok I am not here to into argument, but if you read my post I mentioned I get the error message when I tried to pay online and the message is the title of my thread.
I enter the pcn number given and my vrm which is also correct on the pcn! but still get that message
is it cleart now?
I understand you focuse on private parkking ticket so I will follow advice and go to the other website

Almost every Council PCN seen there has grounds to appeal.
