I'm paying £55-60 per month for the whole package. I want to switch to broadband only but VM won't let me do it. It will cost me more if I switch. what a joke.
I'm thinking BT but are they any good?

All depends upon what you want .
Re the full TV Sports etc .
Also depends upon what you require CS etc .0 -
£55-60 per month is a joke in the first place. VM will offer a better deal if you tell them you are leaving, believe me.
Just go on Money Supermarket or something similiar, find the cheapest and then tell VM about it and they will act. Ask for as many freebies and extras as you can before agreeing with them.0 -
If you are going from Virgin to Broadband you may spot a drop in quality if you cannot get fibre.
You mean speed surely, not quality. And that would probably apply to fibre as well.
That said to answer the OP's question, I would use pretty much anyone over VM but then I speak to a lot of customers at work who do have VM and they've put me off using any of their services.0
