    Because I don't know any. I would have to look up a few/get them around for quote and then potentially claim on insurance?

    Builders wont be interested.

    it looks like both panes have been punctured clean through, or is it just the one?

    If you measure the window height and width approximately and tell them the spacer size between the panes they'll often give a price over the phone.

    One clean through, the other is scratched so would need to replace both.

    That'll cost between 50 - 100 to replace from a local firm (I obviously can;t see the size!)

    Don;t reclaim on insurance, not worth the increase in premium next year!

    It's 42cm wide x 92cm heigh. Not sure on the depth. Based in the East Midlands.
