    They would say that wouldn't they!

    If a person loses v Premier Park at POPLA (and a few here do) they are not duty bound to pay the £100. POPLA is not binding on the motorist. My point was that you do not ''have to pay'' a penny.

    Search for POPLA Premier lost and you will find plenty of people sitting tight after losing at POPLA.
