Just baked Pitta Bread, never made them before, I am really pleased with how they've turned out. I will certainly make them again.

  • More sausage rolls made today with plenty going into the freezer. Only done as snack size this time so about 2 weeks worth to go with work lunches.

I made a batch of Primrose Bakery vanilla cupcakes last night which I brought in to work for a co-worker's birthday today. They lasted approx 2.5 seconds :)

I haven't been well recently, and I haven't been able to bake our bread. I'm delighted to say, without much modesty I know, that the local baker's bread is not as good as mine. The only downside is that we are stuck with it for the time being, until I'm better.
No reliance should be placed on the above! Absolutely none, do you hear?
