Might this work?Dear Mr Asda CEO
Would you please be good enough to instruct ParkingEye to place my vehicle registration mark on an Asda customer whitelist so that I can park in your car park whenever, however, and for as long as I need, and for them not issue me with any further parking charges?
I may or may not be shopping in your store at the time, but I'm sure you understand that to me, that fact is somewhat irrelevant.
You never know! :cool:Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Just because the appeal deadline has gone doesn't stop you appealing to PE. Do that too, for each one online, stating that you have complained to the CEO of Asda and attaching proof of patronage adding up to MORE THAN £30.
PE will likely cancel anyway if you show enough receipts, even late.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Typically with multiple tickets, especially with PE, people are unaware of the introduction of the cameras and their first letter/NTK. After the first letter comes in, they stop.
So the defence can be that PE had not given sufficient notice for drivers to be aware of the new rules - but it depends on the dates.
My mistake! It was actually 10 days between the first and last tickets. I was looking at the date received rather than the event date. I seem to have multiple NTK letters for the same event, but sent on different dates. The date the first ticket was issued is five days prior to the last event date. I spent some time away after these events took place and came home to a number of tickets all at once. I also live in a shared house with multiple tenants and a somewhat poorly managed mail system, so mail often gets misfiled.
It's true that I was unaware that the cameras were there until the letters were received, but I'm not quite sure what difference that makes when mounting a defence...0 -

It would only make a difference if the cameras were very recent and the PPC hadn't allowed a bedding in process of say a month for people to get used to the new system/new signage/new PPC.
Your best bet is a cancellation from the store manager or CEO assuming the visits were by a genuine customer.
Failing that, you will need to go through the initial appeal followed by PoPLA appeal process for each PCN.I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister. All my screwdrivers are cordless."You're Safety Is My Primary Concern Dear" - Laks0 -
You are not 'mounting a defence'.
You need to put in an online appeal anyway, for each one, plus upload images of bank statements and receipts totalling well over £30 recently. Not lots of very small receipts, if you can avoid those. Big ones look like a bigger spender.
Do that today, PE will consider it.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
