Parking Eye Help Needed
Comments

Thanks for the help. The date on Parking Eye's rejection letter is 17/8 (arrived on 22/8) so I shall spend a bit of time putting the POPLA appeal together using your assistance. I will probably put a draft on here next weekend to be checked (- if that's OK). I need to work and look after my kids until then and don't want to make a hash of it.0

So, did you choose 'driver' in the drop-down menu when you appealed online?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Hi. At no point did I click on driver when submitting 1st appeal to ParkingEye. Every drop down used was either an owner/keeper or other option that was chosen. I am currently reading through the other pages in the forum about Popla appeals whilst I put mine together.0

That's good to know!
Read ParkingEye POPLA versions, or ones about 11 minutes POPLA (there are your search terms, one by one, change the default to show results as POSTS an do not search the entire MSE, only this board).PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
