Free energy saving grants ?

Hello and please help !!
After listening to MSE :money: on Radio 2 (I really am feeling old now !!) today I heard him mention about a web site where you could input your postcode to find out which energy saving grants that you're entitled to as I would like to replace my very old boiler and loft insulation ???

    Here you go. Grant id for the house not the person so if you move you could start a new grant application subject to being qualified to get it

    They will subject to you qualifying replace a boiler if its deemed unrepairable, they wont repair them either

    • Housing Benefit (which must include a disability premium)
    • Income Support (which must include a disability premium)
    • Council Tax Benefit (which must include a disability premium)
    • War Disablement Pension (which must include a mobility supplement or Constant Attendance Allowance)
    • Industrial Injuries Disablement Benefit (which must include a mobility supplement or Constant Attendance Allowance)
