I thought the same thing (I use it myself as a university staff member) but I'm not sure it would apply in this case as it appears that the OP is not a student and probably doesn't work for an educational establishment.
Note for the OP that some university libraries do open 24 hours but usually only at exam times, which is unlikely to be now.0 -

Is it not possible for you to set up your 'office' in your own bedroom instead of the living room?0 -

I work in Investment / Management Consultancy area and left postgrad quite a few years ago. So doubt is applicable as professional exams so am not linked to any university. Only as an alumni.
Yes I noticed that some are only set times for 24hr.'Wall Street is the only place that people ride to in a Rolls Royce to get advice from those who take the subway'

Not really. Is a large office L shape desk set up. Room is storage and many clothes rails/wardrobes. Is set up for odd days I can work from home on work projects if not in office etc. I already run into evening with work quite a few days so prefer to get out.'Wall Street is the only place that people ride to in a Rolls Royce to get advice from those who take the subway'

If its going to end up costing you about $200 a month, would it not be better to give your lodger the option of having a $200 discount on his rent for the period? This arrangement might suit you both better.“Quis custodiet ipsos custodes?”

Have passed the Shoreditch located one before, when driving past and I think it would get loud at night. Also am not sure about that environment set up and hotel policy monitoring if they see regular people there for several hours frequently late evening/night.
This study will be about 2 months and will be another set later so need a more stable solution.'Wall Street is the only place that people ride to in a Rolls Royce to get advice from those who take the subway'

Not really as if going to spend £250+ (currently seeing range of co-work options / locations / prices for 24hr places) then may as well go for co-work 24 hr place. As can use anytime without coming home, plus get access to bonus things and different environment. Plus for just that small discount it would not feel worth it for my tenant for inconvenience factor for many weeks Ie turning apartment into quiet study zone.'Wall Street is the only place that people ride to in a Rolls Royce to get advice from those who take the subway'

Before anyone spends too much time offering solutions, they may want to look at his other thread where he is trying to defraud tax system and winding people up with his obtuse arguments. Much like here.
There has been some very helpful suggestions here. Why is looking for a 24hr study option not a worthy question? I would have thought not only for myself and others it would serve a helpful topic for others in future?
Not sure it is helpful following people around a forum if you have a grudge from another topic post and carrying in onto other posts - not sure what the forum rules are for that. Incredible exaggeration, 'defraud tax system'. Unbelievable. For asking a question for a relative what buyer options for a property were available to them? Oh please.
This type of thing is not really helpful as just derails a thread and could just lead people to creating a new ID to ask as a question if they feel another member has a grudge to follow around a forum on unrelated threads.'Wall Street is the only place that people ride to in a Rolls Royce to get advice from those who take the subway'
