this has also happened to me bank told me to get in touch with report score emails not getting sent contact numbers non excistent got back to bank told me to get in touch with quick quid no joy there and bank wont refund I think its terrible report score can get away with this ,0

Please read my post from last year - if you enter your card details onto ANY website they will TAKE money from your account.
You entered details of your card?
No reason for any bank to take on a transaction liability in cases like this.
By all means look for loans online but if they ask for bank card details they WILL take money off you.0 -

I've entered up my card details on many purchasing websites both of goods and services which allow me to store the card details for further or future purchases.
They have only taken money if I have subsequently made a purchase.0 -

That's not necessarily true - there are many situations where you don't recognise a transaction that is legitimate.0 -
