That's fine as long as the PCN number goes in the subject line.
A formal email starts, not with ''hello'' but with:
Dear Sir/Madam,
...and make this bit onwards, a new paragraph, to break up a wall of text:With regard to the charge...PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Dear Sir/Madam,
We recently received a parking fine notification from Equita on your behalf. This letter was the first correspondence we have received from your self and/or Equita regarding this matter. The letter from Equita has the wrong postcode on the address and maybe this is why we have not received any initial letters.
With regard to the charge its self, on the date accused the vehicle entered and exited the site in question twice (once in the morning and once later that day) but not exciding the allowed time. The vehicle is tracked and we attach a PDF copy of the telematics for the date and times required. As such the company request a proper check by a human, to find the double entry/exit times (this will be within minuets of the proposed entry/exit times) once your mistake has been acknowledged we require the parking charge to be cancelled.
we advise that the incorrect address be changed to the correct one and we ask for a explanation as to why the error occurred and where that data came from? if the charge is not cancelled we will require a POPLA code.
Please find attached the PDF containing the vehicle tracker information and a copy of the Equita letter with the incorrect address highlighted.

Well done and thanks very much for the update - knowing the outcome of suggested strategies that pay off for the motorist really helps keep us motivated to continue assisting.
You would be surprised at the number who 'milk' us for extensive advice, then never come back to tell us how they have progressed. Sad indicator of today's 'take all, give nothing' section of UK society. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Well done!
The cameras are obviously set up to trap people who leave the area by a different route.
Please now help us by complaining to your MP and the MP where the services is located about this unregulated scam.
These are some of the comments made by the MPs in Parliament concerning the unregulated parking industry (Feb 2018):

''Rip-offs from car park Cowboys must stop''; unfair treatment; signage deliberately confusing to ensure a PCN is issued; ''years of abuse by rogue parking companies''; bloodsuckers; ''the current system of regulation is hopeless, like putting Dracula in charge of the blood-bank''; extortionate fines; rogue operators; ''sense of injustice''; unfair charges and notices; wilfully misleading; signage is a deliberate act to deceive or mislead; ''confusing signs are often deliberate, to trap innocent drivers''; unreasonable; a curse; harassing; operating in a disgusting way; appeals service is no guarantee of a fair hearing; loathed; outrageous scam; dodgy practice; outrageous abuse; unscrupulous practices; ''the British Parking Association is as much use as a multi-storey car park in the Gobi desert''; and finally, by way of unanimous conclusion: ''we need to crack down on these rogue companies. They are an absolute disgrace to this country. Ordinary motorists and ordinary residents should not have to put up with this''.
These are the exact words used, so you should quote them to your MP in a complaint and ask him/her to contact Sir Greg Knight MP if they want further information about this scam.I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister.
