Yes thanks for the advise, Iused the blue letter template reply on the Newbies thread for the initial PCN they sent, since then they have sent about 20 letters, some from them, some from debt recovery and this last one from what seems to be a solicitor firm.Umkomaas said:
I gave you comprehensive advice when you posted on the UKCPS/Piccadilly thread last September. What has changed in your circumstances to be asking for further advice?chijiokeike said:Hi,
Am in a similar position for stopping at Manchester Piccadilly station. is there a template I could use for this rebuttal letter?
Also has anyone actually been taken to court by UKCPS for the no stopping at Manchester Piccadilly.

I might be getting the terminologies wrong, what I have now received it a LBC, not a small claims from the court, they have given me 30 day to reply before they commence legal action. This thread says I should reply, so wanted to know if there is a template also for replies to LBC. Or is the advise to do nothing till the small claims court letter arrives?0 -
Can you take this over to the UKCPS/Piccadilly group thread and re-post your present position there, telling us who has previously been, and who is now writing to you with a 30-day deadline please. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

There is a small LBC section in the newbies FAQ sticky thread near the top of the forum , post 2 , where you reply , deny the alleged debt and tell them to place the matter on hold for 30 days whilst you seek debt management advice
Plus you email a SAR to the DPO at ukcps to obtain all your data attaching copies of 2 recent redacted utility bills as proof of I D under the GDPR law , or attaching a copy of the V5C instead
So read the LBC advice stage in that newbies thread1
