I have an envelope with ONE letter with eon heading , dated 16th aug stating that account had been sold on 24/05/2018 , hence my question "when a debt is "sold" to lowels etc , is there a time limit in which you should be told , what paperwork should you receive , and from who " c
I have received NO paperwork from lowell and they bought the debt almost 3 mths ago0
