No TSB, I don't have an important message
hoc
I've got a new item in my inbox, have I? It's an important message needing my attention is it? No TSB, I don't. Half the time there isn't even a message, I log in and my inbox is empty. When there is a message it is just routine a monthly statement on an account.
Why can't you state in your email message the subject e.g. 'Account Statement' like every other bank? Is that too difficult for your IT?

Is it genuinely from the TSB?
I get emails from various banks. In my last job my work phone was getting texts from someone else's bank.1 -
I used to get very similar messages from Lloyds Bank - the twist in this case being there were never any messages at all, the Inbox always was empty. Happened once a month every month without fail.
Yes, the e-mails from Lloyds were genuine. Obviously can't have been that important..0 -

I had the same problem: "Important information about my current account", logged in - no inbox on my "home page", no inbox on the current account "home page".
However the inbox is present (complete with current account related messages) when I select my credit card.
Of course if you don't have a credit card, your goose is probably cooked.
You should also note that if you do not read inbox messages for a certain period of time (3 months I think) TSB will disable the paperless settings for your current account and consequently you won't get any interest. My recommendation is that you raise a complaint with TSB to put the matter on the record, because it's taken them 4 months to get the "put messages in the inbox" functionality to work, and it will probably take them another 4 months to get the "allow customers to access inbox" functionality working, such is their attention to detail and qwolity.

I had a similar thing when I got an email about a message in my inbox. When I logged in there was no inbox appearing anywhere. Eventually I found it by choosing the 'change details' option. For some strange reason, as well as changing personal information it also shows the inbox.0 -
I get the inbox when I go to my current account page, but when I get to the "message" it won't open.Tall, dark & handsome. Well two out of three ain't bad.0

I have had several of these over the last few weeks.
All part of the TSB ongoing fiasco I think.
When if ever will they get this sorted I wonder ??0 -
I also have had a few of these0

If you're selecting 'view' it maybe be your popup blocker, albeit it should say so.EssexExile wrote: »I get the inbox when I go to my current account page, but when I get to the "message" it won't open.
However when you select download PDF you'll be able to open the message.0
