Have you ever visited the page whilst not connected to VPN? If yes then your local IP address will have been seen (HTTP-X-FORWARDED-FOR?) and it's possible that the geographical location of that IP address is in your town.0 -
If you want to totally avoid facebook, don't comment on any of the blogs on the non-forum part of this site. MSE uses facebook's comment plug in that needs a facebook account to post.
