I genuinely believe that the two guides you've been referred to answer all the Qs you've asked.
What you have done is re-write the guides in your own words, whilst introducing errors!
Please go back and read them again. Carefully.
I admit there may be the odd error within them (I'm a] not a lawyer and b] only human), and/or an ambiguity or two, but they have been read multiple times by multiple other knowledgeable posters here, who have made suggestions for improvement which I've incorporated, so I am pretty confidant.
These are complex legal areas and I tried to break down each issue into clear alternative scenarios. Trying to re-hash them in different words is bound to introduce errors.......
