Resolver can only work with a company that wants to be compliant. Mostly, Ryanair doesn't fit into this category and has stated its intention to ignore EU law over compensation due to delays caused by recent industrial action.

Resolver reviews for Ryanair claims -

The response has been very prompt with my complaint over a delayed flight with Ryanair and I have been offered compensation. My concern is they require all my bank details through a link to send the money. The problem being that when I click on the link a warning comes up about possible security issues. I have spoken on webchat with Ryanair customer services and they say to send the info but I am still concerned about giving bank details. Has anybody else had this issue....I would prefer a cheque but not sure if this possible.

My Ryanair flight was delayed, I inputted the details on Revolver, the day after Ryanair accepted liability and was paid within ten days, superb service.

Used resolver template after a flight delay with Ryanair and we received £680, 10 working days later many thanks.

We had a delayed flight with Ryanair and with the help of resolver we got compensation, it was great and funded another holiday. Without the ease of resolver I'm not sure that we would have managed it.

How many reviews on the Resolver website said resolver were rubbish and couldn't get a penny out of RA?

    Trustpilot reviews for Resolver:
I put a complaint in on 30th April and didn't get a response (which was asking me a question) until 3 months later. I still haven't had any response or results from them. Would never use them again the customer service is appalling!

I was full of hope when I contacted Resolver, they talk big,but hot air doesn't resolve problems it makes them worse.
I brought to the attention of resolver a serious criminal offence committed against myself by an airline, fully expecting them to 'force' resolution (compensation) on the airline (Pegasus).
Resolver have failed to report the crime, failed to resolve and told me to get a lawyer.
    So much for Resolution..
..more like helping criminals to get away with criminal activity by sitting on their hands.
    Why would I use a free tool,if I could afford a lawyer????
Avoid RESOLVER is my honest opinion.

Useless most companies don't even reply to resolver cases, the ones that do talk rubbish. So you escalate the case It goes maybe 2 levels higher for even more people not to reply and ignore you, then to rub salt in the wound resolver say's sorry you have reached the highest point of escalation.

  • Thanks for all the help. Resolver was no use and of course, Ryanair ignored my complaints. Is there no company like Botts that could do the job?

There are others if you google. But TBH, they'll likely all be the same, they know Ryanair won't pay so they won't take on the cases

Since Resolver is just a (free to use) E-Mail template, I think your expectation of what they would do was more than a little exaggerated. :)

They aren't my expectations, they are reviews from Trustpilot, I know Resolver are crap!

    Edit:
There, I've put them in a quote box for clarification

Resolver is only as "crap" as the complaint presented, I'm afraid.

Resolver is just an E-Mail template, not a fully comprehensive complaint handling service!

    Why would anyone think otherwise?

It's a "free" service, that's why they told you to "get a lawyer" when you complained of illegality

Oh, for goodness sake, can't you even read? I haven't used them, I'm not that stupid.

They are crap because they give people the impression that they can help with claims, as you said they can't, firstly because they're only a template generator, secondly many companies won't have anything to do with claims generated through them.

Resolver does nothing that you cannot do for yourself.
  • Okay, so any suggested no win no fee airline claim companies?
