Can anyone recommend a good no win no fee Solicitor to take on Ryanair?

Options
Ryanair refuse to pay out compensation for a delayed flight and I am uncomfortable taking them to court myself can anyone recommend a firm to do so on my behalf?

Your claim would likely be in the small claims court where costs are limited ... solicitor costs are not recoverable. It's unlikely a NWNF solicitor would be interested in what's likely to be a low value claim.

As J B suggests, Bott & Co are experts in this, and will take on any reasonable case. They took up my case with Aer Lingus who paid up before it got anywhere near a court, despite them having completely refused to engage with me.

My other thought is that this is not the right place to ask the question, post on the dedicated Ryanair thread on the Flight delay sub board.

Third recommendation for Bott and Co. It was a few years back now, but they sorted out a claim against Monarch for me.

According to OP's post last month Bott and Co have already declined it, because they apparently don't take Ryanair cases on any more.

Have a look at https://www.resolver.co.uk/ it's free and helps you put your complaint together and progress it further.

It might work with a more compliant airline but I'm sure Ryanair will ignore it as much as they have ignored the OP. If Bott & Co won't take it then I fear the OP will have to either take them to court on their own or give it up as a lost cause.

You're not going to get a NWNF solicitor to take on a case for such a small amount. Bott & Co are the leading specialists, they can afford to take on cases purely because of the volume of successful claims they handle, if they won't touch you it unlikely anyone else will.

Resolver reviews for Ryanair claims -

The response has been very prompt with my complaint over a delayed flight with Ryanair and I have been offered compensation. My concern is they require all my bank details through a link to send the money. The problem being that when I click on the link a warning comes up about possible security issues. I have spoken on webchat with Ryanair customer services and they say to send the info but I am still concerned about giving bank details. Has anybody else had this issue....I would prefer a cheque but not sure if this possible.

My Ryanair flight was delayed, I inputted the details on Revolver, the day after Ryanair accepted liability and was paid within ten days, superb service.

Used resolver template after a flight delay with Ryanair and we received £680, 10 working days later many thanks.

We had a delayed flight with Ryanair and with the help of resolver we got compensation, it was great and funded another holiday. Without the ease of resolver I'm not sure that we would have managed it.
