Parking Ticket at my Residence

I woke up on Saturday morning to find a parking ticket affixed to the windscreen of my vehicle. I had a resident permit displayed on the corner of windscreen albeit slightly obstructed by my work parking permit but the vehicle details and permit valid dates are visible. I am a tenant in the property and there is no mention of parking in my AST, but I was told told verbally by the agent that I can obtain parking permit from the concierge/managment on a continuous basis as a resident, which I have always done. The development has about 40 "Visitors" car parking space which are used mostly by residents.

Email the Agent now, to get an email reply that confirms this, for your POPLA appeal.
