Stuck with Virgin Media Price Hike - Virgin Monopoly

Hello,
In the MSE weekly email today there was a warning about Virgin Media increasing their prices yet again. I have been with them for a year and two months now and this is the second time they have increased their prices. As I have been with them for over a year my introductory offer has run out too meaning that I now pay around £50/month for Virgin’s most basic internet and TV package. This has gone up from £30/month for the first year with the introductory offer.
You may be thinking just switch providers! And I wish I could but unfortunately I live in a block of flats that can only have Virgin Media broadband and TV as they have exclusive rights to supply cable to my building.
I am frustrated at the regular price hikes and my seeming inability to be able to change providers. Is there anything I can do to save money in a situation or am I stuck?
Thanks in advance for your help!

Research mobile 4G dongles. Try that for 3 months ? And go back to vm on a new customer deal.
Or call vm's bluff. Say you want to goto now tv.
They offered £23 for phone and 50mb earilier but I'm leaving.0 -
(Virgin Media broadband and TV as they have exclusive rights to supply cable to my building.)
Whoever agreed to that is the guilty party not VM .0
