    I would still put them to proof that their signs are 'adequate notice' of the parking charge itself - which was certainly not agreed by conduct nor even seen - and that their sparse signage at this site on the day, complied with the BPA Code of Practice (maybe shorter version, doesn't have to be the template).

    So...good news! ParkingEye chose not to contest the appeal. Thank you to everyone who helped!

    I have found I am now much more wary of car parks, especially those that are privately run, checking the position and content of signs when I've parked and making sure I keep the tickets.
