I agree with the above, lenders who can't print out the card on the same day will have to post it, which takes around 3-7 days. This would not be suitable if travelling in a few days.

Metro Bank is the best option, however, in-store decision making is still computerized and the staff member performing it has little to no influence on the outcome, aside from inputting the information provided to them on the interface. Therefore, visit with a 50/50 expectation of having the card in your hand when walking out of there.
