Interesting thread. I noticed that York is the first city to get Ultra Fast Fibre Optic:
What's the difference between that and the FTTP? Assuming that VDSL is Virgin Media Cable and ADSL is your basic broadband.
VDSL isn't anything to do with Virgin Media but is the technical name for FTTC (Fibre To The Cabinet).0
