Hi jcnewcastle,
How are you getting on with this?
I think I have a similar dispute, probably just a few weeks behind you as I have just recieved a letter of action.0 -
Looks like today was the last day for jcnewcastle to file his Defence.
Let's hope he did that.0 -
Hoping I can resolve this issue once and for all. I have requested my previous threads to be merged.
I have today received a letter titled 'Notice of county court claim issued' which advises I have a total of £634.60 to pay. The breakdown of which is as follows:- Amount Claimed - £504.60
- Court Fee - £60.00
- Legal Costs - £70.00
As previously stated this case refers to three individual PCN's. Two of which I have a bank statement as well as a payment receipt via the PayByPhone app which shows I have made the required payment. There is one PCN which I believe to be genuine which I am more than happy to pay for.
I appreciate all feedback and I'm fully committed to fighting this case. With previous advice it has been hard to follow as I have been called away on work at the last minute, I am currently home for 5 weeks which is more than enough time to sort this out I believe.
Many Thanks0 -
We will wait till all your threads are merged now, as there should have been no new thread, as we can't see the background!PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

What are you playing at?0 -
KeithP - the case has progressed massively since my older threads. Hence why I have created a new one and merged the others.
Apologises if this has upset you.0 -
Upset me? Good heavens no.
It should be clear from the first reply on this thread why one thread per incident is the way to go.0 -

Post has now been merged with originals.
All help would be greatly appreciated.0 -
