Please can you send me a link or advice as through the post I got this county court letter. I seem to have 10 days to reply something and not sure where to start?

What are they saying you did? Did you? Or did someone else do it? Or are they lying?

I see you have 2 other threads. Shall I post in those threads too. Is there one thread you keep for answers and if so which one?

Hi thanks, no I have not done a AOS... I’m complete beginner at all of this.. hence my other posts... still trying to get to grips with this guide.

Haha... I know, I’m useless at using this site and still learning. This county court letter is the most important one as its mentally draining me. All I have done is the online acknowledgement which I think I now have 10 days to get a defence but how do I do this please?

What is the DATE OF ISSUE on your claim form? Easy enough to find!
