    Clio Health Check went well.
Only wipers to replace next Saturday.
Quite happy -tryres past for a few more months yet.
No mention of any brake concerns -which I thought could have been a problem since 2017 winter.
Maybe I'll stay home 2018 winter -probably not if I can help it.
Looking forward to early 2019 service+m.o.t.

    Thanks mser's

    Result

In fairness to the dealer, it does sound like they are keen to have touchpoints with customers who maybe arent in frequently, as opposed to cynically trying to drum up work when it isnt necessary.

The OP has MS and mobility problems. I would suggest to them that checking the tyres could be done by looking from a standing postion to see if they are down to the wear indicators between the treads. The wipers should be easy to check but obviously they may have to go to halfords to get them changed. The oil may or may not be an easy check depending on the OP.
To be honest, I don't bother with the checks until its coming up to MOT, but im only doing 4K per year.

    Thanks 6k p.a. Since q1 2017

Well at least three of those things, checking the tyres, the oil and wipers, should be done regularly by you.

The Highway Code says that tyres should 'Check weekly'. It does sound like the OP needs to pay someone to keep his car legal. It was a free 'health check' notice the wording, free means not thorough.
