So she dismissed any argument about unclear signs then, as you crossed that out? If she didn't then that's not something I would cross out (I'd have crossed out the waffly bits at the start).
What if you get a different Judge second time round, you don't want to narrow the issues so much that signage is not even looked at, surely?
Make sure you send your WS and the photo and permit evidence together, and take it in by hand in a file with the claim number and AMENDED DEFENCE on it and a copy of her court order so the clerks can see what it relates to and who to pass it to.
You MUST also email a copy of it all to the claimant's solicitors, and keep a copy for yourself for the re-organised hearing.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Guys thank you all so much.
I am angry at myself for not feeding this thread the outcome.
I went to the final hearing, their solicitor was present but totally unprepared.
I only said I handed in my paperwork which the judge had received but the other party did not due to their failings.
To my annoyance the judge told the fidgiting solicitor 'its clear that you have not responded to the defendant points... but I'm trying to find someone that would support your case', and so the judge scrutinised my paperwork for few minutes and gave up. Case dismissed

Thanks for the feedback, when was the case heard, where and who was the judge please?0

Well done, even with a dithering Judge, you won!

Someone = something.
I forgot the male judges name at Clerkenwell, London.
I did try to claim loss of income but failed for lack of evidence.
Boring details - both parties were summoned to appear, I landed at Heathrow from holiday only couple hours before and managed to get to court at 12pm and I was called.. Crazy I could hear my name as I'm still climbing stairs. I couldn't afford to postpone hearing its expensive.0 -
facilitator999 ... well done, the incompetent Gladstones lose again

I could also do with help. Got a letter about court proceedings also from Gladstone’s.

New thread please. This is not yours.I could also do with help. Got a letter about court proceedings also from Gladstone’s.
Thank youPlease note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.
