    Hi,
    I have received a reply from Gladstones, with a unfilled court form. Gladstones reccomend that I resolve the matter on papers, which I will not.
    QUESTION: is this an official court letter, or should I still wait for one from the court?

    I have the tenancy agreement but am unable to post image links as I am new. It has no mention of car parking, but I do not that my mums agreement started in 2001, way before UKCPM even existed as a company (date of incorporation 20 February 2013)

    You willknow, from searching for obvious temrs, that Gladstones do this all the time. Its a N159 and they hope to trick you into filling it out.

    Check MCOL it should tell you if your OWN copy of the N180 DQ has been sent out., if it shows it has, but you havent received it, just download your own version and complete it, sending original to court and copy to claimants solicitors.

    You just post a "broken" link. change HTTP to HXXP. NOTHING MORE as it makes it painful for us to correct it for you.

    So the DQ may not be with you yet, so you oculd wait or just send in your own version.

    Do I now just send the N180, or include images of the entrance, signs etc and copies of the beavis case or just the N180?

    What does post 2 of the newbies thread explicitly and unambiguously tell you you will be doing at this stage?

    It leaves absolutely no room for doubt.

    That tenancy sadly doesnt help hugely as it only talks about outbuildings and garages, and nothing about other communal spaces.
    See ewhat others think.

    DQ: sent to court today via email as I had to ring them up and obtain it via email, as didnt get one in the post

    4.1. Right to Occupy 'without interference' and the only mention of contractors is just that you have to grant them access (i.e. to carry out repairs).

    3.19 sets out the ONLY parking restrictions, and no charges or obligations.
