AOS: yes - I have acknowledged the claim on MCOL on 16/08
Apologies, car parking was there - just wasn't privatised, there has always been estate parking and it was just a given that residents park in it. It was only 4/5 years ago that they became privatised/enforced, before UKCPM it was another private enforcement firm.
I will try and find the tenancy agreement that my mum has.

What is the date of issue? I did not ask what date you acknowledged. Its a simple question!

Get out that tenancy. Now. Dont "try to " - this is a must. If you canot find it, you must find a way to get a copy.

OK, so you have 33 days from date of issue to get your defence TO the court.
Set a reminder on your calendar for ONE WEEK before this, so you dont miss the deadline.

ok thanks for the info - so 14/09 is the deadline (1 week before = 03/09)
    do I:
    a) send my request for info to Gladstones today and wait for 14 days (13/09) - means I have to change my defence (remove the pre-action parts)
    b) do I send my defence on 03/09 as is written above?
    Thanks in advance
